about me
Teodora Toader is a Romanian actress and dancer. In 2016 she graduated at Hyperion University Bucharest, Faculty of Arts, guided by professors Maia Morgenstern and Constantin Florescu. She portrayed various characters, from poverty- The Woman with Crutches - Dibuk, stage director: Chris Simion - Jewish State Theatre, to spontaneous young caracters such as Wally - The Spanish Fly, stage director: Andrei Munteanu, Jewish State Theater. Moreover, she danced away many fairy tale characters in “Pearls, Thread Yourselves”, directed by Dan Puric, at the National Theater of Bucharest.
She best played the leading role in the short film Cristian, directed by Doina Ruști, presented in 2015 at Cannes Film Festival, Goa Short Festival, CineFest Los Angeles and Windsor Independent Film Festival. She developed herself through movement, practicing ballet and contemporary dance. In time she worked with a lot of grat personalities such as Adina Cezar, Valentina de Piante, Jin Xing, Brenda Angiel, Roxane Butterfly.
